Service
Investiqor provides financial calculators, portfolio tools, analytics, account aggregation, reports, educational content, and other financial planning features.
No Financial Advice
Investiqor does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any information, projections, calculations, AI-generated insights, or reports provided through the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Investiqor.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Financial Connections
You may connect financial accounts through Plaid and other third-party providers. By doing so, you authorize Investiqor and its service providers to access, process, and store the financial information necessary to provide the service.
Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing, cancellation, automatic renewals, and pricing terms are governed by our Subscription Terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, reverse engineer the software, scrape the platform, use automated tools without permission, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Availability of Service
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature of Investiqor at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
